SMS Consent & Text Messaging Terms
How SeaWraps uses text messaging, how you opt in, and how to opt out at any time.
SeaWraps sends transactional text messages (SMS) to customers who request a quote or service from us: appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, drop-off and pickup-ready notifications, job status updates, secure links to estimates and invoices, verification codes, and replies to your questions. SeaWraps does not send marketing, promotional, or broadcast text messages through this program.
The opt-in (where you give consent)
You give consent in one of two ways:
- By checking the SMS consent box on SeaWraps' online Request a Quote form. The box is optional and is unchecked by default. You choose whether to check it.
- By texting SeaWraps directly at (253) 243-0885.
Here is exactly how that consent box appears on our Request a Quote form:
You do not have to check the box. You can submit the form and get a quote without opting in to text messages. If the box is left unchecked, SeaWraps simply follows up by email or phone instead.
Consent is not required
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can become a SeaWraps customer, request a quote, and have your vehicle serviced whether or not you opt in to SMS.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity. For example, when an appointment is booked, rescheduled, or your vehicle is ready for pickup. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out & getting help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and then we will not send you any further texts.

This address is for help with text messages and opt-out requests. We do not quote by email, so for pricing or questions about a job please use the quote form.
Privacy
SeaWraps does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in / consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages described on this page.
